Ladycare was established by Mr. Nelson Choy in Hong Kong, marking the beginning of a legacy in hospitality amenities.
Ladycare Industrial was the first company set up for haircare products with factories in Hong Kong.
Ladycare Amenities Mfg. Co. Ltd. was incorporated to serve the hotel personal care products market.
Ladycare invested in a series of factories in China, including plastic packaging, printing, sewing and medical disposables.
Ladycare set up a fully owned plastic packaging factory in Dongguan, China — Hotelplus.
Another fully owned cosmetic factory established in Shenzhen, China — Lab Douce.
Ladycare purchased land in Zhuhai, China and built a modern industrial complex on the new site.
Hotelplus and Lab Douce moved to the Zhuhai new industrial complex, consolidating operations.
PE Tube production started. New Kingdee ERP system implemented in factory operations.
Soap production expanded to 3 production lines, increasing output capacity significantly.
Multiple work floors expansion complied with ISO 22716 cosmetic standard. Became an RSPO member.
New blowing machines installed for large bottles with both side view windows.
Laboratory upgraded with individual R&D, Micro-bio, Stability and Analytical Laboratories. Powdery cosmetic production workshop established.
50-Ton sewage treatment facility operated, demonstrating environmental commitment.
China invention patent CN110025507B was granted, recognizing innovation excellence.
ISO 45001 certified and received Ecovadis Silver Award for sustainability performance.
